Paul Mundy
Managing Director, Country Head of the Channel Islands

Paul Mundy is the Country Head of State Street in the Channel Islands. He has management responsibility for the private equity and real estate fund administration business. He is also head of director services for AIS in Europe.

Mr. Mundy joined State Street Jersey in January 2014 as the head of Enterprise Risk Management for AIS EMEA. He moved into his current role in Guernsey in August 2015. He has more than 25 years of experience in the funds industry in a variety of roles, including relationship management, client service, operations, risk management and compliance.

Prior to joining State Street, Mr. Mundy was Director of Risk and Compliance at the Royal Bank of Scotland International for a number of years, and previously worked for both Citibank and J.P. Morgan in London and Jersey.


Russell Turner
Vice President, Head of Jersey Global Services

Russell Turner leads the Global Services business in Jersey and is responsible for providing institutional fund promoters with administration, custody and depositary services in respect of traditional fund asset classes.

Mr. Turner has worked for State Street since 2003, having previously spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank. During much of his career, Mr. Turner has focused on assisting Japanese institutional fund promoters with customised offshore fund solutions. He has been actively involved in finance industry affairs in Jersey, including serving on the Jersey Funds Association industry body and on Jersey Finance and Jersey Financial Services Commission working groups. Mr. Turner is a qualified Chartered Secretary.


Timothy Pallot
Vice President, Head of Global Services, Channel Islands

Timothy Pallot is head of Global Services in the Channel Islands. His role includes business strategy and implementation, including product and business development.

Mr. Pallot qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Jersey before spending a few years with it Melbourne office. During 10 years in London, he worked in senior finance roles for RSA Insurance plc and Legal & General Group plc, where he became Head of Corporate Development for L&G Investment Management. This latter role included directing projects on investment platforms and across passive, active and alternative asset classes, including the establishment of LGIM’s Asian business based in Hong Kong and developing the firm’s global strategy with LGIM board members.
