Country Head of State Street in Luxembourg
David Suetens is an executive vice president and is the country head for State Street and its affiliates in Luxembourg and is the managing director of State Street Bank in Luxembourg. In this role, he is responsible for the business strategy and governance, and is the chair of the management board. Prior to his current role, he was international chief risk officer for State Street and was responsible for leading the company’s risk management function internationally. David is a member of the Supervisory Board of State Street International Bank GmbH, supervised by the ECB and chairs a key sub committee.
David joined State Street in May 2012 from ING Investment Management Europe where he served as chief risk officer and a board member. Previously he served as the board member for ABN AMRO Asset Management and was responsible for Compliance, Legal and Risk Management. David also served as chair of several SICAV boards in Luxembourg. In 1998, he joined ABN AMRO, where he held various senior global positions within ABN AMRO Bank in both London and Amsterdam. Prior to ABN AMRO, he was a product manager with EUROCLEAR for tri-party collateral management services.
David has spoken widely on risk and business topics at financial industry conferences and is published in a few leading industry magizines.
David holds a Faculty of Law – Juris Doctor from the Catholic University Leuven and a degree in investment advice from St. Aloysius University in Brussels. He also holds a master’s degree in international banking law and finance from Boston University School of Law. He speaks, English, French and Dutch.
Chief Operating Officer Offshore, State Street Global Services
As chief operating officer for Global Services offshore, Didier Delvaux oversees the operation functions for offshore markets. He is managing director and a member of the State Street Bank Luxembourg S.C.A. management board. He is also the chairman of the State Street Luxembourg Corporate Citizenship Committee.
From 2007 to 2016, Didier was the chief operating officer of State Street Bank Luxembourg S.C.A.
From 2001 to 2007, Didier was a project manager working on business integration of key outsourcing deals. In 2007, Didier became head of fund accounting and managed the outsourcing of tasks to Poland. He started at State Street in Luxembourg in 1994 and worked in fund accounting, custody and pricing.
Didier graduated from Solvay Business School in Brussels with a degree in business administration and finance and speaks French and English.
Head of Regulatory Solutions and Innovation, State Street Bank in Luxembourg
Cristina Ferreira leads State Street in Luxembourg's Regulatory and Innovation agenda. She was appointed chief administrative officer and member of the State Street Bank Luxembourg S.C.A. management board in 2014. Prior to her current position, Cristina worked closely with product development in strategic planning and service quality assurance. She was also a client relationship manager. She expanded her responsibilities in 2013 to the management of the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) services.
Cristina has been working for State Street in Luxembourg since 1997 and has held a variety of management positions in the transfer agency department. During her time at State Street, she has worked on key process and technology implementations, including the restructuring of the transfer agency operations.
Throughout her time at State Street, Cristina has been very active in State Street Corporate Citizenship initiatives. She holds a degree in political science and administration from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels, Belgium. She speaks Luxembourgish, German, French, Portuguese and English.
Eduardo Gramuglia Pallavicino
Head of Asset Manager Sector Solutions and Client Relationship Management, State Street Bank in Luxembourg
Eduardo Gramuglia Pallavicino is responsible for business development and is a member of the State Street Bank Luxembourg S.C.A. management board.
Previously, Eduardo held several senior management roles at ABN Amro Mellon and Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg, where he was head of sales and relationship management. Eduardo has 18 years of experience in the asset servicing and capital markets industry, including experience within custody client services, securities lending and foreign exchange, relationship management and operations management. He also had general management responsibilities, including oversight of central administration for Luxembourg funds.
Eduardo is an active member of the Association of Luxembourg Funds Industry (ALFI) and contributes to the work of several of its working groups. He received a degree in political sciences from the University La Sapienza in Rome and speaks Spanish, Italian, French and English.
Chief Operating Officer, State Street Bank in Luxembourg
Fabrice Fagnart is responsible for operations covering fund accounting, fund administration, custody, and depository services for a wide range of clients and products.
Fabricet has more than 22 years of experience in the fund industry. He was head of client service operations and previously held several management roles within State Street Bank in Luxembourg such as head of special accounting services and strategic operations planning and head of fund accounting operations. Fabrice joined State Street in 1995 as a fund accountant in fund administration in Luxembourg.
Fabrice holds a degree in economics and finance from Faculté Universitaire Catholique de Mons, Belgium, as well as a technical degree in Accounting & Taxation from ISMA, Belgium. He speaks English and French.
Managing Director, State Street Services (Luxembourg) S.A. Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS)
Peter Corry is responsible for managing all private equity and real estate activities within the Luxembourg office.
Prior to his current role, Peter was a managing director of fund accounting for International Fund Services (Ireland), a subsidiary of AIS. In that role, he managed a number of fund accounting groups in two locations that serviced a variety of hedge fund and private equity fund investment managers. He began his career with State Street Bank and Trust, Boston in 1995 and stayed until 1999. He returned in 2003 following State Street’s acquisition of International Fund Services.
Peter holds a master’s degree in economics from University College Dublin, Ireland.
