Private label fund services/Representative services
For our institutional clients interested in launching locally domiciled retail funds or funds for qualified investors, we provide private label fund services through our fully regulated company, State Street Fondsleitung AG. We offer a wide range of services for your funds, including fund valuation and control, coordination with local regulators and branch organizations, timely regulatory reporting, compliance with local rules and regulations, negotiation of contractual set up for Swiss domiciled investment funds, and proxy voting on behalf of your investors.
To support your needs for representative services, State Street Fondsleitung AG will hold the registration of your foreign collective investment schemes (funds, ETFs) in Switzerland. We take care of all aspects involved in setting up your foreign funds, including negotiating the agreement, communicating with local regulators and external legal counsel, regulatory and tax reporting, communicating with your investors, and reporting on compliance with local laws and regulations.
