Denise DeAmore

Denise DeAmore is executive vice president and chief administrative officer for State Street’s Corporate Audit division, where she is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the Corporate Audit Strategic Plan and Corporate Audit’s transformation. 

Ms. DeAmore joined State Street in 1991 and has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of program and project management, operational and IT effectiveness, organizational design, and change management. Prior to joining Corporate Audit, Ms. DeAmore led a number of large, complex corporate change initiatives, including the development of a flexible work program and deployment of enterprise financial systems. During her tenure with the company, Ms. DeAmore has managed State Street's technology operations centers, established an IT relationship management and service delivery program, and developed the corporate continuity program. She was also responsible for the design and development of State Street's global information security program and, in 2004, was named New England's Information Security Executive of the Year in recognition of her accomplishments as State Street's Corporate Information Security Officer.

Prior to joining State Street, Ms. DeAmore held technology and operations management positions for Shawmut National Corporation, Orion Group, Inc. and Allstate Insurance Company.

Ms. DeAmore serves on the board of the South Boston Neighborhood House. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
