Sharon Donovan Hart is an executive vice president of State Street. She has held a number of management positions within the business, technology and corporate areas of State Street and has run many large-scale transformation programs. She has been instrumental in the migration and support of technology aimed at improving end-to-end business performance for the corporation.
Ms. Donovan Hart is currently responsible for the Global Realty, Procurement, Continuity and Third-Party Risk Management, and is leading the development and execution of a multiyear transformation program.
She recently led the transformation of the Technology Infrastructure organization and has managed the Application Development and Strategy teams.
Ms. Donovan Hart served as the business technology integration lead for both the Investors Financial Services Corporation and the Deutsche Bank global securities services acquisitions. This was a role that required a deep understanding of diverse technology systems and platforms in markets around the world and a strong discipline in end-to-end program management.
Ms. Donovan Hart joined the company in 1983. She currently is a member of the board of the State Street Technology Center in China. She also serves as a member of the Technology and Operations Council, the Compliance and Ethics Committee, the Executive Information Security Steering Committee, the Executive Continuity Steering Committee, and the EVP Women’s Mentoring Council. Additionally, Ms. Donovan Hart serves on the Board of St. Mary’s Women and Children’s Center in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College.
