Scott R. FitzGerald is an executive vice president and head of sector solutions for the Americas and Global Alternatives. He is also head of State Street’s global relationship management organization responsible for managing relationships with State Street’s largest global clients. Scott also currently serves as head of State Street’s Global Sales Council, working to collaborate with sales teams globally across the company.
Prior to his current role, Scott held various sales and sales management positions across State Street. He served as head of sales for State Street’s Global Services Americas business leading sales and business development efforts across all markets, including institutional asset managers, asset owners and alternatives. Previously, he was the global head of sales and business development for State Street’s Alternative Investment Solutions.
In addition to his sales responsibilities, Scott has served in leadership roles for the consolidation and global client retention efforts connected with State Street’s acquisition of Mourant International Financial Administration, Investors Financial and the Deutsche Bank custody business.
Previously, he worked at Xerox Corporation for more than six years, where he held various sales and sales management positions.
Scott is an Executive Committee member and serves on and board of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a member of Expect Miracles Foundation’s Miracle Maker Leadership Council.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and government studies from Bowdoin College.
