Executive Vice President
James C. Caccivio, Jr. is executive vice president and managing director of State Street’s Corporate Advisory Services group and oversees multi-dimensional reporting and analysis for the company.
As managing director of Corporate Advisory Services, James leads and is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate structuring. As head of multi-dimensional reporting and analysis, he is responsible for managing the corporate budget, corporate forecast, and analysis for finance, as well as State Street's business unit profitability system and client data management system.
James joined State Street in January 1994 in the Corporate Finance division. He brings a broad-based, financial services background to his position. Prior to joining State Street, he was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers and Lybrand), and previously he held positions at IBM and the FDIC.
James currently holds board seats in State Street Joint Venture India with Syntel, State Street International Holdings and State Street Bank Europe Limited, and is chairman of the Audit Committee. Former board positions include State Street Global Markets Inc. and State Street Bank Trust Bank in Japan. He was also chairman of Bel Air Investment Advisors. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Northeastern University and is a certified public accountant.
