Delete or Disable Cookies

Based on your browser, follow these instructions to DELETE cookies.

 

Chrome

  1. Go to settings (3 dots in the upper right of the browser window)
  2. Select “More Tools”
  3. Select “Clear Browsing Data”
  4. Select “Cookies and other site data”
  5. Click the “Clear Data” button
     

Mobile Chrome

  1. Tap the menu button at the top right of the screen(3 stacked dots)
  2. Choose “Settings”
  3. Under Privacy, tap “Clear Browsing Data”
  4. On the next screen, select “Cookies” and tap the “Clear Browsing Data” button, and then tap again for confirmation
     

Firefox

  1. Select the stacked line menu in the upper right (3 lines)
  2. Select “Preferences”
  3. Navigate to “Privacy and Security” in the left-side navigation
  4. Under the “History” heading, click the link “clear your recent history”
  5. Make sure “Cookies” is checked and click the “Clear Now” button
     

Note: You must make sure that the time range dropdown in the upper right is set to “Everything” or you may not delete all previous cookies.
 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the  menu (3 dots in upper right)
  2. Select “settings”
  3. Select “Choose What to Clear”
  4. Select “cookies and saved website data” and click the “clear” button
     

Internet Explorer

  1. Open the settings menu (gear icon in upper right)
  2. Under Internet Options > General > Browsing History, select Cookies and website data
  3. Hit the delete button
     

Note: Make sure that the “preserve websites favorites data” box is unchecked
 

Safari

  1. Select the Safari > Preferences menu item
  2. Select the “Privacy” tab
  3. Click “Manage Website Data” and click the “Remove All” button
     

Mobile Safari

  1. Open the “Settings” app
  2. Scroll down and tap “Safari”
  3. Scroll down and tap “Clear History and Website Data”
  4. Confirm and tap the “Clear browsing data” button
     

Based on your browser, follow the below instructions to DISABLE cookies.

 

Chrome

  1. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner
  2. Click settings > Advanced
  3. Under “Privacy and Security” click “Content Settings”
  4. Click “Cookies”
  5. Turn off “Allow sites to save and read cookie data”
     

Mobile Chrome

  1. Launch the browser
  2. Tap “more”
  3. Tap “settings”
  4. Tap “Site Settings”
  5. Turn off cookies and deselect “allow third party cookies”
     

Firefox

  1. Select the stacked line menu in the upper right (3 lines)
  2. Select “Preferences”
  3. Navigate to “Privacy and Security” in the left-side navigation
  4. Under the “History” heading, select “Use custom settings for history under the dropdown menu
  5. Uncheck “Accept cookies from websites”
     

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the  menu (3 dots in upper right)
  2. Select “settings”
  3. Scroll to “View Advanced Settings”
  4. Under the “Cookies” section, select “Block all cookies”
     

Internet Explorer

  1. Open the settings menu (gear icon in upper right)
  2. Under Internet Options > Privacy, click “advanced”
  3. Select “block” for each type of cookie you want to block (first party and third party)
     

Safari

  1. Select the Safari menu
  2. Select preferences
  3. Click Privacy
  4. Under “Cookies and website data”
  5. Select “Always block”
     

Mobile Safari

  1. Tap settings on your mobile phone
  2. Scroll down to Safari
  3. Tap “Block Cookies”
