Matt Daly
Executive Vice President, President and Head of Charles River Development

Matt Daly, executive vice president of State Street, is president and head of Charles River Development, a State Street Company. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including product development, sales and services for the Charles River Investment Management Solution. Matt is responsible for client success and driving growth through all channels. He is a member of Charles River Development’s senior strategy and policy-making team, co-leader of the State Street Alpha Talent Council, and is actively involved with large scale client transformations including deployments of State Street Alpha^®.

Most recently, Matt was chief revenue officer at Charles River Development overseeing all revenue-generating functions in the company including sales, marketing, client management and delivery. He also managed operations, performance and leadership across global regions.

Matt has a strong track record of delivering enterprise front- and middle-office solutions that help buy-side financial institutions grow their business, lower risk and increase operational efficiency. He specializes in partnering with C-suite level executives, both business and technical, to define and deliver a solution tailored to their business objectives. His background includes over 20 years of product management and sales experience, providing a keen understanding of asset managers’ business challenges and how to solve them. Before joining Charles River Development in 2004, Matt spent five years at Accenture within its Capital Markets practice.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
