Aman Thind is executive vice president and global chief architect for State Street. In this role, he is responsible for defining our technology strategy across all divisions and setting the roadmap for our transformation into an innovation-led organization. He drives our adoption of latest crypto, cloud, data and UI strategies and is responsible for technical due diligence on all our potential partners.

Prior to being appointed as chief architect, Aman was chief technology officer (CTO) of State Street GlobalLink (our platforms arm) where he led the development of multiple low-latency trading and analytics applications systemic to the financial industry.

Before joining us, Aman was co-founder and CTO of BestX^®, which is a fintech start-up focused on transaction cost analysis and ensuring financial institutions have the best interests of their clients in mind anytime they trade on their behalf. State Street acquired BestX in September 2018. Earlier, he held several key quant, technology, strategy and leadership roles in Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Fidelity and Adobe.

Aman graduated from NIT Kurukshetra with an honors degree in computer science and engineering.
