Beth Rudofker
Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance and Operational Risk Officer

Beth Rudofker is executive vice president and chief compliance and operational risk officer at State Street. In her role, Beth is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the global enterprise-wide frameworks for non-financial risks, including operational, technology, and compliance risks. This includes frameworks designed to drive the company’s compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

Additionally, she helps set our enterprise-level strategies, governance, policies, and practices to proactively identify, assess, measure, and report on non-financial risk exposures associated with our businesses and functions. She has direct oversight for all independent non-financial risk management functions including Anti-money Laundering/Know Your Customer, Conduct, and Privacy.

Beth brings more than three decades of experience in financial services, with an extensive background in building, strengthening, and leading global non-financial risk, audit, finance, and CAO/COO organizations in large, regulated banks. She has deep expertise in developing exceptional groups to effectively manage risks, drive standards, improve practices, meet regulatory requirements, and align with business strategies.

She has also successfully implemented multiple large scale regulatory, control, technology, and strategic initiatives in many of the organizations where she worked. Before joining us in early 2025, Beth was a senior executive advisor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with C-Suite Information clients and their teams to strengthen enterprise and operational risk management practices.

Prior to that, Beth held leadership positions at Citibank, GE Capital, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in operational risk, corporate compliance, internal audit, and financial control.

Beth obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and a Master in Business Administration degree in finance from Columbia Business School.
