Hei Man Lo is senior vice president and chief risk officer for State Street Bank International GmbH. Additionally, she is a member of the Executive Management Board for State Street Bank International GmbH.

Hei Man brings years of extensive risk management expertise in Global Systemically Important Financial Institutions and strategic experience in building European businesses.

Prior to joining State Street, Hei Man was with Goldman Sachs, where she held various senior leadership positions in the Credit Risk Department in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, covering multiple asset classes and client segments. Based primarily in London at this time, she led risk management through major market events, including the European sovereign and banking crisis, Brexit-related cliff risks, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impacts of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Hei Man holds a Master of Business Science degree in management and a bachelor degree in economics from the London School of Economics.
