Julie Fisher
Executive Vice President, Global Client Delivery Lead, North America

Julie Fisher is executive vice president and Global Client Delivery (GCD) regional lead for State Street. In her role, she scales the GCD model to strengthen client retention, enhance service delivery, and drive enterprise execution across client portfolios. She also oversees key Client Impact capabilities, connecting client insights, relationship management, and business growth. In partnership with leaders across State Street Investment Services, State Street Markets, State Street Alpha, State Street Wealth Services, and State Street Investment Management, she advances a client-centric operating model aligning client needs, strategic priorities, and business outcomes.

Julie has more than 25 years of experience at State Street. Most recently, as a group lead and global client executive within GCD, she managed a US$1.25 billion client franchise across 24 strategic relationships, led client transformation initiatives, and oversaw a team of more than 17 professionals. She also leads Voice of Client, including the firms Net Promoter System Program, client sentiment reporting, and Client Advisory Boards.

Before joining GCD, Julie held relationship management roles across Investment Services, Global Relationship Management, and State Street Markets, supporting institutional clients, pensions, and asset owners, and advising asset managers and insurance companies on unregistered commingled product distribution. She also led the Stable Value Wrap business for a decade, overseeing synthetic Guaranteed Investment Contract issuance.

Julie joined us from Wellington Management Company, LLP where she held roles in the Tax and Treasury Division.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Colby College and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
