Simone Bock is senior vice president and chief information officer for State Street Bank International GmbH, serving on the Executive Management Board and State Street’s Enterprise Global Technology Leadership Team. She is an accomplished technology leader with deep expertise in information technology modernization, cybersecurity, digital user experience, and regulatory governance.

Before joining State Street in December 2022, Simone was chief information officer for Personal Investors Germany at BNP Paribas Group. Prior to that, she held several senior roles at Allianz Group, including head of Digital Interactions at Allianz Technology, and leadership positions driving transformation and digitalization at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. She also brings experience from an Insurtech start-up, and management consulting.

A strong advocate for technology innovation, modern leadership, and diversity in technology, Simone is committed to enabling inclusive, high-performing teams and advancing women in technology. She holds a Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, where she was an Athletic All‑American and inducted into the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2021.
