Benchmark
With the reference to art. 118 bis of the Legislative Decree 1st September 1993, no. 385 (“Consolidated Banking Act”), State Street Bank International GmbH – Succursale Italia (“State Street”) utilizes indices ("Benchmarks") only in relation to the interest rates applied to the customers’ current accounts. In this context, in order to ensure the continuous effectiveness of the arrangements with its customers, State Street has already adopted internal plans that outline the actions to be taken in the event of future substantial changes in one or more Benchmarks, or if one or more Benchmarks are no longer available.
In this regard, it should be noted that State Street's internal structures constantly monitor the decisions of the competent national Authorities in the countries of each relevant currency, in order to promptly define the substitute benchmarks, if any, as well as the related timing of entry into force, which will be the subject of specific future communications.
