Donna Milrod

Donna Milrod is executive vice president of State Street Corporation and is the lead acquisition integration executive driving the $3.5 billion Brown Brothers Harriman Investor Services business integration. She is also a member of our Management Committee. Previously, she led the company’s Global Asset Managers Segment as well as the Global Clients Division.

Donna has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services including leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, where she served as deputy chief executive officer for its North America business. At Deutsche Bank Americas, she was a member of the Regional Executive and Client Committees with responsibility for its North America clients and revenue. Before joining State Street, she was a senior advisor to both Broadridge and McKinsey & Company, where she provided advice for navigating risk, optimizing operating efficiencies and increasing revenue growth. Prior to that, Donna was with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where she served on the Management Committee and was the head of DTCC Solutions, delivering innovative post-trade processing solutions to clients. She also led global strategy and business development. Previously, she was the chief administrative officer leading operations and finance.

Donna received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. She recently completed her term as an independent public board member of Valmont Industries (NYSE:VMI). Currently, she sits on the Partnership Fund for New York City board and is also a member of the New York Women’s Forum, a member of the Committee of 200, National Association of Corporate Directors, Council on Foreign Relations and Economic Club of New York. She earned American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Finance award 2021, Crain’s New York Business Notable Women on Wall Street 2021 and in 2019, Donna was named as one of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors by WomenInc. Magazine.
