Donna Milrod

Donna Milrod is executive vice president of State Street Corporation and heads the Global Asset Managers Segment as well as the Global Clients Division. She is also a member of our Management Committee.

Donna has 25 years of experience in banking and financial services including leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, where she served as deputy chief executive officer for its North America business. At Deutsche Bank Americas, she was a member of the Regional Executive and Client Committees with responsibility for its North America clients and revenue. Before joining State Street, she was a senior advisor to both Broadridge and McKinsey & Company, where she provided advice for navigating risk, optimizing operating efficiencies and increasing revenue growth. Prior to that, Donna was with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where she served on the Management Committee and was the head of DTCC Solutions, delivering innovative post-trade processing solutions to clients. She also led global strategy and business development. Previously, she was the chief administrative officer leading operations and finance.
   
Donna received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a master of business administration degree from Columbia Business School. She recently completed her term as an independent public board member of Valmont Industries (NYSE:VMI). Currently, she  sits on the Partnership Fund for New York City board and is also a member of the New York Women’s Forum, a member of the Committee of 200, National Association of Corporate Directors, Council on Foreign Relations and Economic Club of New York. In 2019, Donna was named as one of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors by WomenInc. Magazine.
