Dipti Kachru is executive vice president and global chief marketing officer (CMO) at State Street. She leads the firm’s global marketing and communications functions across all businesses, driving initiatives that strengthen the State Street brand, accelerate growth, and deepen engagement with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Dipti is a member of the Executive Committee, the company’s senior leadership team, which is responsible for advancing the firm’s strategic priorities and positioning the organization for long-term success.

Prior to joining State Street, Dipti served as global chief marketing officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where she led a multi-year transformation of the marketing and communications function, evolving the firm’s brand, and strengthening alignment with sales.

Earlier in her career, Dipti held senior marketing leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase across wealth management, banking, and asset management.

Dipti is a senior leader known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and excellence. She received her undergraduate degree from Lady Shriram College, New Delhi, India and her Master of Science degree in strategic communications from Columbia University.
