US$100 million program for minority depository institutions and community development financial institutions
Our program provides competitively priced, stable deposit funding ($100 million to date) to minority depository institutions (MDIs) and community development financial institutions (CDFIs). Both MDIs and CDFIs support low-to-moderate income communities through lending, affordable housing and workforce development, promoting job growth and economic development for the long-term benefit of those communities, the overall economy and our industry.
Diverse syndicate
We partner with a diverse syndicate of underwriters in our corporate-issued securities primarily to access a broad investor base, while also reinforcing our commitment to accessing additional talent in the financial services industry. We have now completed 18 consecutive offerings of debt and preferred stock under this program, aggregating to ~$24 billion in total value.
