Denis Dollaku
Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of State Street Bank International GmbH

Denis Dollaku is executive vice president and chief executive officer for State Street Bank International (SSBI) GmbH, Munich. Denis leads the organization’s strategy, overseeing revenue growth, market expansion, strengthening SSBI’s regulatory posture, and positioning State Street as the partner of choice for clients across the region.

Denis brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services and over 25 years at State Street. Most recently, he served as head of business for SSBI and country head of Italy, where he led one of SSBI’s largest branches. In this role, he oversaw strategic initiatives, including the recent acquisition of Intesa Sanpaolo’s custody solution, which is aimed at enhancing our custody offering and further strengthening our partnership with one of our key global clients. He also played a crucial role in shaping our regional strategy, driving operational transformation, and strengthening our regulatory posture in Italy and beyond. He has a proven track record in client engagement, innovation, strategic execution and governance across the different lines of defense, including Audit.

Denis holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.
