Chris Pizzotti is executive vice president and global head of Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading. In his role, Chris is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the global foreign exchange (FX) businesses for State Street Markets. State Street’s FX franchise has substantially grown into an industry leader, providing innovative products and solutions to our clients while focusing on being a trusted partner.
Previously, Chris served in several other roles with the FX trading franchise in Markets. He was previously the global head of FX Voice Trading, overseeing the principal trading teams globally. Additionally, he served as the head of Latam FX Trading, responsible for the expansion and execution of the FX Latam franchise to enhance State Street’s services to institutional investors worldwide. This included the acquisition and establishment of a local banking presence in Brazil to expand State Street’s FX offering globally.
Currently, Chris is a member of the Foreign Exchange Committee, sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and provides guidance and leadership to the global foreign exchange market.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, concentrating in Economics.
