Pinar Kip is executive vice president and chief information officer (CIO), International Risk, Governance and Transformation for GTS at State Street, providing structured governance and program execution over our strategic and risk management and control priorities, while supporting business, technology transformation and regulatory commitments as well as the CIO International function.
Prior to her current role, Pinar was the chief transformation officer for Global Delivery and held a variety of leadership roles across State Street including running the global organizations for Client Delivery Management, Global Custody, Talent Marketplace, Global Restructuring and Globalization.
Pinar serves on the Board of Directors for All in Together and Partnership with Children organizations , and she has served on the board of the DTCC.
Previously, she was a management consultant with Booz & Company serving the financial services industry and was a leader in firm’s global transformation business. Pinar also served at Bank of America as a part of the firm’s Global Structured Finance division.
Pinar has attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering/computer science and management science with a minor in economics. Pinar also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
