Alison Moore-Alexis

Alison Moore-Alexis is executive vice president and head of Investment Services and State Street Markets Legal. In this role, she oversees legal matters across both businesses and serves as the primary legal advisor to their respective executive leadership teams.

Alison brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined us from BNY, where she served as deputy general counsel for Investment Services. There, she led a global legal function and advised senior leadership on various matters.

Prior to BNY, Alison was managing director and associate general counsel at JPMorgan, leading legal teams in the Corporate & Investment Bank. She began her legal career as a transactional attorney in private practice at several prominent law firms in New York City.

Alison earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her law degree from Columbia Law School. She is a lifetime member of the New York-based Metropolitan Black Bar Association and serves on the board of its charitable arm, The Friends of The Metropolitan Black Bar Association.
