Jay Fulchino
Executive Vice President, Head of Custody and Shared Services, Global Delivery

Jay Fulchino is executive vice president and head of Custody and Shared Services for Global Delivery, based in Boston. In this role, he oversees Custody and multiple Back- and Middle-Office Operations, as well as Global Delivery’s Digital Operations, Data Operations, and ETF Services.

With more than 24 years of leadership experience in accounting, custody, and operational transformation within financial services, Jay has held several global leadership positions at State Street. Most recently, he served as global chief operating officer and head of Global Client Service for a strategic client relationship. Previously, he led Accounting for North America.

Since joining State Street in 2001, Jay has been a pivotal member of the Operating Group and actively contributes to the Federal Reserve’s Payment and Risk Committee.

Jay earned a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College.
