Ellyn Charters
Executive Vice President, Head of North America Asset Owner Client Portfolio

Ellyn Charters Zarracina is executive vice president and head of our Asset Owner client portfolio across North America. Ellyn is accountable for commercial strategy and client satisfaction, and for developing and driving our strategy to meet the dynamic needs of our Asset Owner clients.

Previously, Ellyn oversaw the Global Client Service organization and was responsible to clients for the overall service and delivery of products they procured from State Street. Prior to this role, Ellyn held leadership positions across the organization including head of US Asset Manager Servicing Business, chief of staff to the President and Chief Operating Officer, and a leader in Global Strategy.

Ellyn joined State Street in 2014 from Bain & Company, a global strategy consultancy where she was a case team leader in the Boston office.

Ellyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the Honors Program at Boston College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ellyn is a member of State Street’s Operating Group. She is also a Board member of Catholic Schools Foundation.
