Clair Williams
Executive Vice President, Head of Global Delivery, Asia Pacific and
Global Head of Alpha Operations and Investment Analytics

Clair Williams is executive vice president and head of Global Delivery, Asia Pacific, for State Street. In her role, Clair is responsible for service delivery to clients across the region, including alignment with global standards while supporting local regulatory and business requirements essential to capturing our long‑term growth across the Asia-Pacific market. Clair leads key transformation initiatives, reinforces operational resilience, and risk excellence, and partners with technology teams to drive consistent, client‑centric experiences. Working closely with regional and global leaders, she designs scalable operating models, advances automation, and strengthens governance frameworks across all Global Delivery Asia-Pacific locations.

Additionally, Clair is global head of Alpha Operations and Investment Analytics. In this role, she is responsible for running the outsourced Middle Office and Collateral Management operation for more than 35 investment managers, asset owners and insurance clients. Alongside this, Clair also plays a pivotal role in supporting and servicing the State Street Alpha^® front-to-back strategy as the Global Delivery lead.

Clair joined State Street in 2022 and serves as a leading member of our Global Operating Group, Global Conduct Committee, and United Kingdom Lead for the Professional Women's Network.

Prior to State Street, Clair held a number of both global and EMEA leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, which she joined in 1988. Most recently, she was responsible for running J.P. Morgan’s Asset Management Solutions operations and regulatory reporting division. She also held several leadership roles in a series of other operational, investment and custodial departments at J.P. Morgan.

Clair has more than 30 years of leadership, risk management, investment, custodial, and operations experience in the financial services Industry.
