John Slyconish
Treasurer

John Slyconish is executive vice president and treasurer of State Street. He has global responsibility for balance sheet management, the investment portfolio, capital management and CCAR, asset liability management, liquidity risk and liability management. John joined us in 2010 as the chief operating officer of Enterprise Risk Management with focus on risk governance and reporting, risk appetite and stress testing. In 2011, John became head of Global Treasury Risk Management, providing risk oversight of ourinvestment portfolio, interest rate risk, liquidity risk and structured products. In 2012, John joined Global Treasury as assistant treasurer and head of balance sheet management.

Prior to joining us, John was partner in the Finance & Risk Management practice of Oliver Wyman. He joined Oliver, Wyman & Company in 2000 and during his time at the firm advised various financial institutions globally on a broad range of finance, treasury, risk management and regulatory topics.

John graduated with High Honors from Princeton University in 1999, with an Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and a certificate in visual arts.
