Kyla LaPierre is executive vice president in global delivery at State Street Corporation. She is the global head of multiple middle-and back-office services including asset servicing (income, tax, corporate actions), global settlement, third party lending, cash utility and transaction services.

With more than 25 years of experience in accounting, custody, relationship management and collateral services, Kyla has worked in multiple divisions and locations across State Street and has responsibility for both operations and client service within her remit. She sits on various steering groups and boards, including AcadiaSoft Board of Directors, Wang YMCA Board, Asset Manager Group Operations Executive Committee, DTCC and Euroclear Steering Groups, State Street Diversity Sponsor, LDP Sponsor, and the Professional Women’s Network.
