Marcia Rothschild
Head of Latin America and the Caribbean

Marcia is senior vice president and head of State Street for Latin America and the Caribbean. She is responsible for coordinating all efforts in the region including driving strategy, stewarding client engagement and pursuing growth opportunities. In February 2021, Marcia was appointed to the Management Committee at State Street. She is also on the Global Advisory Board of the Professional Women’s Network and the Executive Advisor to the Latin American Professionals Group.

Marcia joined us from Vistra where she was responsible for business development efforts for Vistra’s Alternatives division in the Americas. Prior to working at Vistra, Marcia held leadership positions at SS&C, Citigroup and BNP Paribas in the United States, Luxembourg and Brazil.

Born in Brazil, Marcia received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Her native language is Portuguese, but Marcia also speaks English, French and Spanish.
