Cameron Dick
Executive Vice President, Chief Controls and Resilience Officer

Cameron Dick is executive vice president and head of Business Controls and Enterprise Resiliency. Based in London, he brings together the First Line Business Risk and Controls Functions and the Enterprise Resiliency Program under a single leadership framework, creating a unified end-to-end view of risk and control. In partnership with business and functional leaders, Cameron is accountable for modernizing and strengthening our control environment, driving greater effectiveness, efficiency and consistency in first-line risk management, and ensuring seamless delivery of critical services to our clients.

Cameron is a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry with extensive experience across the United Kingdom, United States, Asia and Australia. Most recently, he served as managing director, head of Business Risk & Control, Services at Citi. In this role, he was responsible for leading the first line of defense risk, control and governance teams for the Services business globally, managing operational, regulatory and compliance risk end-to-end. Prior to this, Cameron was chief operating officer for Citi Treasury and Trade solutions business, Asia Pacific.

Previously, Cameron held leadership roles at ANZ Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank, where he drove strategic planning, business transformation and risk governance on a global scale for multiple business lines. He is a chartered accountant in the United Kingdom.
