Jay Fulchino
Executive Vice President, Head of Global Delivery Asset Servicing

Jay Fulchino is executive vice president and head of Global Delivery Asset Servicing for State Street. In this role, Jay has global responsibility for the firm’s Asset Servicing organization, which brings together Global Custody, Global Accounting and Administration, and Shared Services under a single, integrated operating model. He is accountable for end‑to‑end client outcomes, operational excellence, financial performance, risk management, and large‑scale technology transformation, while serving as a key member of the Global Delivery leadership team.

Jay brings nearly 25 years of financial services leadership experience, with deep expertise in investment servicing, global operations, and operating model design at scale. Most recently, he served as head of Custody and Shared Services Operations for Global Delivery, where he led shared and back‑office operations across custody, asset servicing functions, data and digital operations, and client‑facing support services globally.

Throughout his career, Jay has been recognized for driving complex, multi‑year transformation programs that strengthen operational resilience, improve client experience, and enhance efficiency. His leadership includes redesigning global operating models, sponsoring major platform modernizations across payments, cash, and custody, and applying advanced automation and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled approaches to reduce operational risk and compress cycle times. He has also partnered closely with regulators, market infrastructures, and industry peers to advance systemic risk‑mitigation initiatives.

Since joining State Street in 2001, Jay has been a pivotal member of the Operating Group and actively contributes to the Federal Reserve’s Payment and Risk Committee.

Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College.
