Sarah Salih
Executive Vice President, Head of Americas for Investment Services

Sarah Salih is executive vice president and head of Americas for Investment Services at State Street. She leads the firm’s regional commercial agenda across North America and Latin America, partnering across the organization to deepen client relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Sarah also leads the Relationship Management and Client Service teams across North and Latin America, partnering with our global product and sales organizations, as well as State Street Investment Management and State Street Markets, to deliver holistic solutions tailored to client needs.

Before joining State Street, Sarah was head of Regional Coverage, Americas at HSBC USA, where she led a team of bankers and client service managers. She also served as Chair of the Capital Allocation Committee for Global Banking US, as well as Chair of the HSBC Asset Management US Board.

Prior to her tenure at HSBC, Sarah spent 17 years at Deutsche Bank, where she served as head of Financial Institutions Corporate Banking. She also held senior roles and led various teams across Debt Syndicate, Debt Capital Markets, and Derivatives Marketing.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Dartmouth College.
