Ann Fogarty
Executive Vice President and Head of Global Delivery

Ann Fogarty is executive vice president and head of Global Delivery at State Street. Ann is responsible for our Client Service, Custody, Middle Office, Accounting and Fund Administration, Alternative Operations, Transfer Agency, Reconciliations, and Complex Operations, Derivatives and Bank Loans. Ann is a member of the Executive Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.

Previously, Ann was an executive committee member at BNY Mellon with responsibility for leading the global operations organization and supporting every stage of the client investment lifecycle, overseeing a team of more than 20,000.

Ann joined BNY Mellon in 1988 and held a number of global leadership roles during her tenure. She has extensive senior management experience of large international funds, custody and treasury services sectors. As head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Fund Accounting services, she was responsible for BNY Mellon’s Fund Services’ Operations in Ireland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Germany. She was also Managing Director of BNY Mellon Fund Services Ireland Ltd., providing Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency services to Mutual Fund, Exchange Traded Fund and Alternative Fund clients.

Ann served as director and head of Operations at AIB/BNY Trust Company, a sister joint venture to the Fund company providing Custody and Trustee Services. Prior to that, she worked for AIB Capital Markets where she had responsibility for derivatives, middle and back-office groups.

As a proud Irish native, Ann has served on various committees of The Irish Funds Industry Association and is a founding member of the Irish chapter of the 30% Club, which seeks to improve the proportion of women in senior business roles.

Ann holds a Master of Arts degree in human resources and is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute in Ireland.
