Clair Williams
Executive Vice President, Global Head of Middle Office & Collateral Management

Clair Williams is executive vice president and global head of Middle Office & Collateral Management for State Street. In this role, she is responsible for running the outsourced Middle Office & Collateral Management operation for more than 35 Investment Managers, Asset Owners and Insurance Clients. Alongside this, Clair also plays a pivotal role in supporting and servicing the State Street Alpha^SM front-to-back strategy as the Global Delivery lead.

Clair joined State Street in 2022 and serves as a leading member of State Street's Global Operating Group, Global Conduct Committee, Global Talent Council, and UK Lead for the Professional Women's Network.

Prior to State Street, Clair held a number of both global and EMEA leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, which she joined in 1988. Most recently, Clair was responsible for running J.P. Morgan’s ‘Asset Management Solutions’ operations and regulatory reporting division. She also held several leadership roles in a series of other operational, investment and custodial departments at J.P. Morgan.

Clair has more than 30 years of leadership, risk management, investment, custodial and operations experience in the financial services industry.
