Pinar Kip

Chief Transformation Officer for Global Delivery

Pinar Kip is executive vice president and chief transformation officer for Global Delivery at State Street; our approach to delivering exceptional client experiences, creating scale through productivity and automation, as well as other change initiatives.

Prior to her current role, Pinar held a variety of leadership roles across the company, including running global organizations for Client Delivery Management, Global Custody, Talent Marketplace, Global Restructuring and Globalization.

Pinar serves on the Board of Directors for the All in Together and Partnership with Children organizations, and she has served on the board of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation.

Previously, Pinar was a management consultant with Booz & Company, serving the financial services industry and was a leader in the firm’s global transformation business. Additionally, she served at Bank of America as a part of the firm’s Global Structured Finance division.

Pinar attended MIT and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering/computer science and management science with a minor in economics. She also holds an Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
